If you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund your money for any unopened product that is returned to our warehouse within 30 days. Should you wish to return any product please call us at 1-877-563-8848 so that we can arrange acceptance at our warehouse. We are unable to take responsibility for return shipping costs. Restocking fees (minimum $5) must be applied to all returned items.
Innate Choice guarantees safe delivery of your product. If you receive damaged product we will ensure that your product is replaced. Please call us immediately at 1-877-563-8848 to report any damaged products.
Items/orders returned to our warehouse because they could not be delivered due to an addressing error made by the customer or refusal of delivery, failure to pick up the order from the shipper, or similar reason, will be refunded at the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees of $15/bottle or $20/case.

Items shipped to third parties on behalf of our customers will be refunded at the purchase price, less shipping and handling fees of $15/bottle or $20/case. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, or receiving party.
All returns must be approved by Innate Choice Inc® prior to the product being sent back. Please call us at 1-877-563-8848 so that we can arrange acceptance at our warehouse.

Innate Choice® free shipping applies to regular orders shipped to destinations within Canada and the continental United States.
Additional shipping charges may be added to orders shipped outside of these areas, or when a customer requests expedited shipping.

In some Countries Supplements are restricted for import to a 90 day supply and must be for your own personal use. Losses incurred due to exceeding your Countries limitations will not be refunded.
